What is the best time of the year to visit Peru?

The best time of the year to travel to Peru will depend on the destination you want to visit, however the “dry season” that goes from April to October is usually the most recommended since it will allow you to enjoy Machu Picchu, Lima and the Nazca Lines, with a pleasant climate, clear skies and a low probability of rain. However, keep in mind that these months are high season in the South American country and prices may be higher than usual.

What are the requirements to enter Peru? Do I need a Visa?

To enter Peru it is necessary to have a valid passport valid for at least 6 months. Likewise, nationals of MERCOSUR Member States and Associated States do not require a visa to travel to Peru and may enter with their National Identity Card or Identity Card.
